Treatment & Care

  • We can treat a wide range of mental health and health related issues including but not limited to: Depression, generalized anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, general fatigue and malaise, irritability/anger issues, and autism spectrum disorder.

  • We request that you complete paperwork ahead of your appointment including background information, consent forms, and treatment agreement. This is done to help save time in needing to review all of this during your appointment so we can focus more on the current issues during the appointment. We will do a thorough review of your mental, physical, and family health history looking for any possible underlying causes of the issues. Once all past and current information is gathered we will review the information and discuss diagnoses and treatment options. Often time medications will not be provided upon your first visit in order to ensure all information is gathered. Labs will often be ordered to help provide additional information and guidance around what treatment will be best. Information may also need to be gathered from current or past providers, teachers, parents, ect. Some guidance may also be given around diet and life style changes that can help improve the symptoms.

  • After your first visit we will follow up within 1 to 3 weeks. From there, follow ups will be determined as needed but, on average, people meet with us about once a month.

  • Yes, we will use both conventional prescriptions, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations as needed. These decisions are made with the client after reason for treatment, risks, and benefits are reviewed.

  • You can go to any lab you prefer. At times, specialty lab testing is used and in this case we will proved the test kit, and if blood draw is required it can be done at any of our local labs.
